Since its launch in 2018, the Star Cool Service App has proved a hit with reefer operators and shipping companies worldwide. Designed to make servicing easier and faster, it can also spot potential problems before they occur so they can be quickly remedied.
Available on Android and iOS, the app features a variety of functions, including alarm codes, warranty status and claim filing. Users can also access manuals, videos, bulletins and more.
We have recently released an update that provides optimized startup, an improvement in the general loading speed, bug fixes and stronger bluetooth performance. This means faster datalog downloads and better upload speeds for the controller software.
The Star Cool Connect Dongle has also been given a software update. This is transferred automatically the first time a dongle is used with the updated app, and takes only 5-10 seconds to complete. You can update the app directly on Play Store or App Store.

View and receive notifications, service bulletins and product newsletters.

Provides an overview of the current software version, active alarms and warnings, and the unit’s warranty repair history.
Submit warranty claims directly from the app by scanning or entering container and part numbers, taking pictures, and downloading a datalog directly from the unit.
