Global Service Team Gathers for the yearly Star Cool Service Meeting

Our Star Cool Service Managers from around the world gathered at our headquarters in Tinglev, Denmark in June for an important annual event. The primary objective of the meeting is to facilitate the exchange of knowledge and ideas among the team and between technical, sales, parts and warranty personnel.

Staying up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and strategies is crucial. During the event, internal experts from various fields present product and technical updates as well as regulatory and refrigerant trends, providing valuable insights into future requirements, so we can continue to provide first class support to our customers.

Innovation

The Service Team connect weekly online to share insights from their areas. This is valuable for us to better understand how our products are working in the field in different conditions and countries. With this information we help each other to find the best solutions to improve our products. With the face-to-face meeting in Tinglev, the Service Managers have the opportunity to share feedback with our Engineering and Design Teams, improving the products and services.

Train the Trainer

Knowledge is key. Our Service Managers traverse the globe providing training to service technicians and operators on using and servicing Star Cool reefers. They focus on technical hands-on activities and troubleshooting tips to improve the understanding and skills of our wide, independent service network. During their week in Tinglev, the Service Managers also received training and updates of our newest products and features, so they are equipped to provide you with up to date information in the field. 

The Service Team has been continuously growing and several members have been colleagues over many years, so of course socializing and networking with colleagues they haven’t seen in a while is an important and happy benefit of this event.
