Position: Bending Operation
Employed since: January 1, 2007
Coolest part of my job:
The best thing for me is to see my colleagues come in to work happy each morning and go home safely at the end of every day.
did you start at MCI and what motivated you to join the company?
I joined MCI in 2007 because of the salary, the PPE and other good benefits. The company pays more attention to safety management than other local companies.
What are your tasks and responsibility areas?
My main focus is on the shearing-pressing-bending process. In my work, I scrupulously follow the company's rules and regulations, never attempt anything that is not safe, and strictly control the quality of our products.
What do you like most about your job?
I like the regular meeting every morning that is organized by the Senior Foreman. The Senior Foreman normally communicates what happened during the last shift. We have an open discussion and if any challenges have occurred, we all contribute to finding a solution, so we learn a lot from these meetings. We also discuss safety in the production halls and product quality.
I think we have a good management team here and great colleagues. I like the harmony and especially the open discussions.
Why do you think MCI is a great place to work?
I think we have a good management team here and great colleagues. I like the harmony and especially the open discussions. I would certainly recommend other people to come and work here. I have actually already recommended two people who have subsequently been hired by MCI.
What is the best moment of your day?
Coming to work happily and going home to my family safely after work.
