Equipment

The R&D organisation has extensive facilities for prototyping and testing at their disposal. This includes a workshop with equipment for:

  • Manufacturing of full scale prototypes
  • Full scale structural test facilities
  • Dynamic test rigs for test of components
  • 2 thermo test chambers with a temperature range from
    -30°C to +58°C 

The test facilities are accompanied with a great range of in-house simulating tools such as Ansys FEM, Lab View, and Contour Plot.

By computer simulations the Mark Q design is optimised, creating a reefer with better resistance against day-to-day impacts.
