Our latest design development is an integrated solution where
the cooling and ventilation system is built together with the
container offering a fully insulated system with lower tare weight,
ultimately resulting in the lowest Total Cost of Ownership.
The Star Cool Integrated reefer machine is designed with the same
high focus on energy savings and reliability as the Star Cool
reefer machine.
Joining forces
The integrated reefer machine is exclusively offered by
Star Cool as a result of joining forces between the Star Cool
design team and the Container Manufacturing team.
The benefits for the bottom line for customers are:

Uninterrupted insulation of front wall eliminates thermal
bridges and reduces heat leakage by 5%.

Eliminating the machinery frame increases payload capacity by
100 kg.

The Q Liner back cover/baffle plate uses the latest generation
of fibre reinforced plastics that are stronger, lighter and more
flexible than commonly used aluminium covers.

The fully welded end wall construction adds extra strength to
the box

You might ask how easy it is to access parts on an Integrated
Reefer machine? In real life a reefer machine is rarely damaged to
the extent where a total replacement is needed.
For your convenience our Star Cool Integrated reefer machine is
still built up in modules making it very easy to access should you
need to replace or repair any parts.
