Recruitment Process
Our experience shows that the suitability of an applicant cannot
be evaluated solely on the basis of examination grades and a
written application. The personal impression of the individual
behind the papers is essential for making an adequate
assessment.
All candidates will receive a confirmation letter within 48
hours after we receive an application. Eligible candidates can
expect to be invited to a personal interview.
First Interview
The first interview serves the purpose of giving the candidate an
impression of the position, as well as giving us an impression
of the applicant as a person. The interview is conducted by the
Human Resources department and focuses on personal skills and
capabilities. A logical assignment and a personality analysis with
subsequent feedback are also included in the interview. This is to
give us an objective picture of the candidate.
If it is possible, the candidate will also briefly meet with the head of the department, in which employment is considered, at the first interview.
After the first interview, the candidate's suitability is evaluated and weighed against the available position.
The best qualified candidates are selected based on the impression and information we have received through the application and personal interview.
In light of this all applicants receive an answer with 14 days, either in the form of an invitation to a second interview or a rejection.
Second Interview
The second interview serves the purpose of independently
confirming the impression from the first interview. In
addition, the Human Resources department talks about MCI as a
company and the more practical issues of working for MCI.
In addition to the above, candidates meet the head of the department concerned, who will tell the candidate more about the position.
After the second interview, we evaluate the suitability of the applicant once more, and a reply is sent to the applicant within 14 days.
