Education and Training

As described under our Learning Philosophy we believe that the right course at the right time can add great value to an employee's learning process. It is therefore of great importance to us here at MCI to offer the best possible training and education to our employees both through internal and external education. 

The A.P. Moller - Maersk Group's Corporate University offers courses of both shorter and longer duration to all employees within A.P. Moller - Maersk. These courses focus on professional as well as personal skills and are tailor-made to fit the demands of our organisations. The courses are taught by both external and internal teachers, and as a participant you will meet colleagues from all over the world.

The MCI Group also uses external vendors to fulfil our demands for education. We have always put great emphasis on finding the best vendors and, today, the MCI Group has a good network of universities and course vendors that makes it possible for our employees to participate in short-term courses and courses of a longer duration such as a commercial diploma or similar.
